Cob Cork Kitchen/Bar is an old gas station turned awesome dining experience. You have the option of indoor and outdoor dining. It's still a bit cold out, but we chose to eat on the patio. Soft blankets and a patio heater provided. *Call ahead to see if reservations are required/recommended. We started with drinks- a Martini and a Bramble. If you like your drinks extra heavy on the booze, you might find these lacking. I thought they were delicious. For an appetizer we ordered Chickpea Coconut Cakes with Thai basil and Ginger Pineapple Chutney on the side. It was also served with a light curry sauce. The dish was delicious. Every bite was its own delightful experience. I might have liked them even more if the cakes had more of a toasty crust on the sides and top and a sprinkle of finishing salt. For Dinner we had the Sicilian Prawn Bowl and the Surf Surf. We were so impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the layers of flavors. The mashed potatoes had an unexpected texture, and were super yummy. We rounded it all out with Warm Crumble Ice Cream at the table, and Caramel Chocolate Cake to go. Both desserts were as amazing as we expected. The beautiful, decorative, fire lights are not great at providing heat, so the patio could benefit from a few more functional heaters. The patio is clean and well lit and somewhat protected from the traffic noise on Chuckanut Dr. There are outdoor speakers, so we got to enjoy some chill instrumental music while we ate. Cob Cork, Nailed it! Amazing food and drinks. **Great Service** Excellent experience. We'll be back!

Absolutely phenomenal restaurant located in Bow, WA. My wife and I brought my mom here for dinner on Mother's Day weekend and most recently came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Both times we were extremely impressed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, the drinks were tasty and the food was fantastic. The food is upscale with extremely fair prices. This by far is our new favorite spot for date nights. This is by far one of the best restaurants in Skagit Valley.

This place is a gem hidden away on Chuckanut drive. The interior decor is very pleasant and reminiscent of a Omasake sushi restaurant in Tokyo . I have only been to the brunches on Sunday and they are fabulous. Delicious food, quick and great service.

We were there for a birthday. Our first time for this restaurant. We had a reservation, but we’re 10 minutes early. We were seated at once. Our server, David, was so knowledgeable about the menu and all the ingredients in the food you’d thought he was the chef. We had starters, wine and more starters. We had our main course, then dessert. There was not 1 things we ordered that wasn’t cooked to perfection. The seasonings were like nothing you find in other restaurants. Everything from David to the food was beyond exceptional. We’ve lived in Skagit Valley for 20 years and this was the best food I’ve had in any of the high end establishments. I highly recommend.

This place was fantastic. Totally not what we were expecting. We came in for breakfast and WOW. I got the tres leche French toast and it was phenomenal. My partner got the eggs Benedict and he stated the eggs were perfection. We both cleaned our plates. Warning! This place is so amazing you are at risk for overeating because it’s so good you just can’t stop!

I've watched this building go through many iterations over the years. My wife and I had business in the area so we decided to catch the tail end of the happy hour. My dirty martini was spot on (gotta love those little flakes of ice floating on top). We shared the brussels sprouts and tamari chicken appetizers -- both absolutely delicious. I place a premium on atmosphere. This place has it. Soft lighting and cozy ambience make it a place in which one can relax and unwind. The service was attentive but not fussy. Perfect. We'll be back for dinner soon!

We went in for dessert! When we walked in we didn’t expect the place to be so nice. The space has a relaxing calm vibe. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable, checked on us a number of times. I had Mrs. Smith’s Rhubarb Crumble. It was big enough for two to share! This dessert was heavenly delicious ! Homemade ice cream was perfect with the warm rhubarb and strawberry hot dessert and crunchy crumble. The My husband had mint chocolate chip ice cream. I had a taste and you can tell it had fresh mint in it. So refreshing! So glad we went in and will be back for a full dinner soon!

We really enjoyed our night out at Cob and Cork. Lovely atmosphere- we ate on the back deck with beautiful views! Everything we had was amazing and delicious! We loved the firebrand and brie as appetizers and could easily have made a meal just out of these two dishes alone. My husband had the steak and I enjoyed the schnitzel and both were delicious and cooked to perfection. I especially loved the compote and aioli with my schnitzel and delicious oven fries. This immediately went on our list of favorite places we will be visiting again and bringing friends!
